just use anything if you don't care about the star tbh

I do care about the star

Yoimiya Yelan Yun Jin is a GREAT combo. Press E on Yelan and tangle enemies, while the particles fly, quickly do Yelan ult. Do Yun Jin Ult, then E Yoimiya and pew pew pew the enemies to death. Possibly add Chiori.
The other team has Gaming as DPS, who is more suited for AoE than Yoimiya. Pair him with Barbara (use E to get hydro circle, then attack with Gaming) and other characters that show up.

"First 3 chambers" requires at least 8 characters, and you're only showing 6.
Who you allocate to the first 3 chambers also depends heavily on what you plan on saving for the bosses and Lunar.
Not sure what help you expect to get just posting the trial characters.
Or, for that matter, what help you *can* get, given how much RNG screws with whatever plans you might go in with.

i was trying to understand what teams i can do with these characters since I don't have them and I don't know their kits

Then ask that.
None of these have particularly complicated kits or teambuilding requirements.
Yelan's a meta character for like half the team archetypes in the game. If you don't know what Yelan does, you've learned so little about basic teambuilding you shouldn't even try to do an IT run where you care about stars. And the last thing you should be doing with Yelan is wasting her on an early floor, unless you have a loaded roster.
You also definitely have Barbara. Team healer with E+NA or Q. No particle generation. Application range is abysmal. Some use as a driver for Bloom/electrocharged based teams. Otherwise deadweight.
Yoimiya is a Pyro NA DPS. Her Q is basically useless. If you don't know what's going on, don't use it even if it's available, since the trial Yoimiya is in Shimenawa, and that buff (which consumes like, what, 15? energy to activate) is worth more than her Q. Rotate team, pop E, spam away.
Yun Jin is a generic EQ swap normal attack buffer. Short buff duration, should go last in rotation before the DPS.
Gaming. Clunkier pyro Varesa. Jump with E then plunge. Q resets E CD periodically while it's active. Best in a Melt team which you can't build here. Especially if you don't know how to use him, basically deadweight.
Chiori is a basic EQ swap Geo sub DPS. Requires another source of geo constructs for best damage, so either run her in Lunar Crystallize, or with a geo character who makes a construct (i.e., not Yunjin)

thanks for the details

I bought 2 levels of vaporize buff and did the first one with Gaming, Yun Jin, Barbara and Chiori. Only Chiori was my own but the trial version will do just fine.
For the second one, try Yoimiya, Barbara, Chiori and Yun Jin. Not sure of this team can do it. I did it with my own Yoimiya and the trial versions of Barbara, Yun Jin and Gaming with a level 3 vaporize buff. Yoimiya and Yelan (or Xingqiu) can do it easily but you are better off saving that Yelan for the PMA. Barbara does not combo well with Yoimiya (she jumps back a few steps whenever she fires her arrows, putting her out of range of the hydro application, so you need to constantly reposition herself and lose out on DPS), but this is IT. It's semi-random BS go.

[used up most of the trial characters at the beginning](http://mgur.com/a/i7ebXYK). Gaming is DPS for first 2 chambers, Yoi is useless, can use her as a cryo shield breaker. Tho my Gaming and Yelan aren't trial but they aren't super well built either.
