Who to pull?

I have columbina and ineffa and I'm a f2p player and I currently have 40 wishes. I like both flins and zibai and I want a dps . But if I pull flins whose banner will be next patch and I don't know if I'll be able to get him or not because aside from dailies I don't have much time . So I am planning to pull on zibai banner and even if loose my 50\50 I would still have the chance to get the other lunar dps but if I wait for the flins I'll loose the chance to get maybe both lunar dps because I don't know if I'll be able to reach the gurrented. So please guide me what to do?

I would go for Zibai as you say, but only if you enjoy playing her.

I have flins, ineffa, Columbina and find his team slightly awkward to play, but really like his character and design so pleasantly surprised he is relatively strong.

Hopefully you played flins in his initial run to know if you like playing him.

Personally I'd love to pull zibai since she'd be my first lunar DPS but RNG has unfortunately been screwing me while farming for artifacts. Normally if I'm farming for ATK pieces of anything I'll get Def pieces. Now that I want Def all I'm getting is ATK pieces lol. At this point if I wait for Flins he'll be insane right off the bat.
