I used 305 pulls, only to get 2 copies of a character in ZZZ. Genshin is almost the same.
It's not like it's impossible to pull several 5* in a ten-pull, but usually you should be ready for the "average" result.
And that situation isn't even THAT unlikely. Just lose 50/50 twice, and not have aearly pulls before soft pity at 74 kicks in, and voila - you lost 300 wishes, and only have c1r0 to show for that.

assuming no guarantee, no pity, 5 stars on 75 rolls for character banner and 65 for weapon banner, losing every single 5050 and winning every single capturing radiance 7525 you need 1030 rolls to guarantee c6r1
hoyo tends to give out 75 rolls per patch, earlier patches give more and later patches give less
assuming tsaritsa is in 7.3 you have 9 patches to go, thats 675 rolls. 675+328 is 1003 total rolls
if you save everything from this point on its pretty realistic to get c6r1
EDIT: forgor glitter. assuming you get 1 4 star per 10 roll that you already have thats 100 rolls. the c6 tsaritsa is also another 6×10=60 rolls. thats 160 extra rolls. plus another 16 rolls on that plus another one on those 16.
in total we got 1003+160+16+1 thats in total 1180 rolls
so op you have plenty of rolls if you save up everything. the tsaritsa might need a teammate to activate her fatui resonance or whatever they decide to make for 7.x characters and you have enough for a c0 teammate
