I'll say this as leak/spoiler-friendly as possible, but you may also want to wait until the banners for the next patch are announced, as a character that runs really well with Ineffa and has two F2P 4\* characters to fill out the rest of the team \*may\* re-run.

Neuvi isnt a hypercarry anymore. He is a driver that doesnt do most of his team's damage anymore. Only get him if you like him, not cause you need a hypercarry.
Also, hypercarry is a useless role. You should only pull for characters you like. a 4\* dps with 3 top tier supports will perform better than a 5\* hypercarry without viable supports.
