Not sure if this is correct but I've asked chatgpt and apparently there is a 0.017% to get the same standard 5 star in a row (this includes weapons and characters)

Yeah, I know Diluc isn't the greatest anymore, but he's still better than qiqi and I love his Playstyle. Not to mention Mona or Jean. I had to sue the selector to get a mona, and now she's c1 due to the free cons. At this rate, I'd need another 2 years to get her at c4

When I was pulling for Flins back in September to get him to C6 I got Tighnari before I got his C4 and again before his C6. I didn’t pull again until November when Zhongli ran and I ended up getting Tighnari before him as well.
