How did he know?

So while I was rereading Dottore's bossfight dialogues I found smth interesting nobody seemed to notice/comment about, how did he know about her formula, when litterally a few lines former he said, and i quote "But than where is Sandrone? Or are you tring to buy time for her?", as if not knowing of the formula when he clearly does,if these aren't my delusions there are 2 possible explanations, either he somehow realized that was our plan of bringing Bina back, or, as some of the theories suggest, that lizard rly was a spy and he knew of all our plans all along, not that I impose that theory, just one more strange inconsistency to the list of many others

or maybe the plan wasn't all that surprising, he probably knew what sandrone was studying, what he didn't expect was her trusting pulonia instead of doing everything herself as always and shielding traveler thus diverting his attention, unlike him she was capable of friendships and he didn't understand it

We know Dottore could somewhat read the Travelers mind, and before he mentioned the formula the Traveler thought "Sandrone?, but the formula isn't completed yet" so he could have learned about It that way.

As for how he knew we planed to bring Bina back, well thats easy, the only way to rival his power is to bring something equal or greater in power, and the only one that had this potential was Bina, remember he orquestrated everything with Rerir and he could have seen the Bina that fought 1 on 1 against him.
