Im on 50 pity and will be able to get enough wishes for only one of them. I have Columbina and Flins so I could make My flins team stronger or I could wait and get zibai. Should I keep pulling for Ineffa?
improving Flins team seems better cause we dont actually need lunar crystalize, yet
also you can try on Zibai second half anyway after that

Zibai, Flins and Nefer are pretty similar in their best teams.
If you don't have many wishes chances are you won't get Zibai's best team, while if you pull Ineffa you'll immediately have Flins premium team (assuming you have Sucrose). So, if you care for power Flins seems to be the better choice.
That said, Zibai has a stronger base line than Flins, so even without her best team she should perform well, and she can use Harbinger of Dawn which is an awesome fp2 weapon.
So, if you want maximum power go for Ineffa. If not then whoever you like more, both will work well, and the possibility of obtaining a full team for Zibai with her banner (Aino, Gorou and Illuga) exists, so you'd have a lunar charged and lunar crystalize team.

I pulled Ineffa and now aiming for Zibai. I can get Columbina on rerun which is gonna be way sooner than Ineffa. This way I'm getting all 3 premium Lunar teams without waiting a full year for reruns. Ppl who pulled Bina without having ineffa first as an f2p gonna regret later. (Except Navia mains)
