I know. It's not a spoiler, cause it's not a fact that the HP is the AI of the ship are the same entities, it's a theory. It most likely will be the case ,but even then it doesn't really matter. The Primordial one is the only reason Teyvat isn't dead consumed by the abyss. Their actions might not be perfect from some viewpoints. But they are the reason why Teyvat still exists.
If the spaceship AI theory is true, I can see Paimon tying into the story as being part of that AI, specifically something like the emotional part of it and bringing them together will create a happy everafter.
Still ,I think their decisions are optimal from the standpoint of reason. When as Alice said , everything beyond the firmament is the abyss,even minor fuckups can lead to total destruction. Obviously it's a game and we'll come to the conclusion that " power of friendship" and all of that and that you can always find a solution that is both moral and with good outcomes ,but yeah..

Well ,yeah ,they fought a war over the planet,Phanes won. That's how disputes over resources or territory work. I don't think Phanes had plans to wipe out their civilization, cause they would have done so if he did. Knowing the dragons and their arrogance it's them who couldn't coexist with humanity,not the other way around. And the time Niebelung came back with the power of the abyss was completely deserved. Yeah ,you still might think it's amoral,but when the survival of your entire race depends on that ,what price do morals have?
Moreover ,the dragons would also have died without the HP. They're the only reason the dragons survived too.

In that quest itself Kukulkan says he is fascinated at how the Heavenly Reaver was able to make the planet Abyss free though. Even they consider the Abyss to be a bigger enemy than the Heavenly Reaver. The planet sure was terraformed but the dragons weren't actively killed. Like, the only casualty we know of that war is the Hydro Sovereign. And yeah, the biggest strength of the dragons, their evolution was used against them.
