Please tell me they will add more echoes before this rotation ends
I am just about to do my run, but as you can see my limit of keys is already maxed.

Same here, I have a surplus of keys now with echoes unlocked even for the characters I don't have.
Don't worry tho, you can still do your run. The keys will just sit in the tab where you can pick them up. So technically you can hold 6 keys.
But yeah, unless they add more this rotation, we are losing 2.
Probably won't matter with the pace they're making echoes (that is, if you can continue to do IT on the required level in the future too)

They add 2 echo every 2 patch, check the wiki, it's made exactly in a way that you won't ever overcap while holding 6 keys max.
You just have to purchase every echo, not just the one you want.

There is not a single account in the genshin playerbase that realistically wants every single echo, to be used, mind you. You're bound to cut at least a sizeable portion of characters you don't have (big cut honestly since newer people won't spam rolls on older characters) or don't use / don't have at max level.
As I just said, you're literally forced to purchase the ones you don't want currently. If you're a new player, you go for the one you really want and you'll get there sooner or later, more sooner than later.
I don't think we need to constantly backpedal issues that aren't even there to being with. If new player legit had this problem they would've changed it a long time ago.

i don't it's that big of a problem, you never can get everything from theatre cuz you can always only get 3 of the 4 new thespian tricks every season too but i still think it's kinda dumb that if a person missed even 1 season of theatre they can't get every echo

They add 2 echoes every 2 patches, but you get 6 keys every 2 patches on average, so you always get one more than the ones they release. People are going to miss 2 keys now for example.

they aren't though, in luna V we have 2 new echos and it releases in feb 25 so you aren't missing keys, i've done every single theatre that has released at the highest difficulty and i'm yet to overcap on keys even once, you always get new echos added before that happens

The echoes will release in March 1, with the new theater. When a new version with echoes dropped, they never got added instantly, but they did next rotation. That's how it worked already a few times.
And this is the reason why some people have already gotten everything, because they release new echoes slower than what you can get them.
I also have done every theater since it release, and this will be the first overcap ever.
