Also I invested too much building columbina as main dps so....idk why she does such trash damage. 174 cd, 30k+hp(can go higher as artifacts aren't maxed yet) 120em with additional em from sms aino and widsith.

Only damage bonuses like Elemental Damage bonus, Charge attack, Skill, Normal attack damage bonus don't work on Lunar damage.
What VV does is reduce elemental resistance on enemy
Even if Lunar damage doesn't get any elemental damage bonus but it's still an Elemental damage instance like how Electro slime is immune to Lunar charge
So VV or any elemental res shred for the specific elements works with Lunar damage

30k HP, 170CD and lvl 80 aren't really good stats, go invest more into her.
I'm still in the middle of building her as a main DPS and have 48k HP, 260CD and 160 EM. The minimum is 35k HP to max her passive and if you're using a CD circlet you should aim for 280 CD

Obviously I'm gonna grind for good artifacts nonetheless(night set is important for literally every nod krai dps including zibai).
What damage can I expect from Bina without lauma? Saw a video where she was doing 100k per hit with fckin vape.....like that's not even her preferred reaction. Her entire kit is lunar based.
Also I forgot to mention, all her talents are lvl6. What should I crown first?

Don't play vape, she's bad with it and a 100k Vape isn't really much.
For main DPS Columbina her NAs are the highest priority, then skill and burst. In her best teams without Lauma she only gets around 70k DPS though, you really want to get Lauma since she buffs Lunar Bloom so much. Without her you're probably better off using her in a Taser team with Sucrose (not Jahoda or anyone else, specifically Sucrose)

I would save for lauma if I even got a hint about her rerun. Although I don't think that's gonna happen for a solid 6 months.

You are too new to the game to care about that, you have months of exploration first before you think about bulding teams for good DPS.
I could give you many advice, If you ever want to do dendro damage, you need someone with deepwood set on it, transformative need lvl 90 characters ans so on, but first you have to play the game a lot.

Does deepwood work with lunar bloom? I will obviously level 90 her when I have some good artifacts. I already have a main team with arle but want another decent option for abyss.

You'd probably have more fun with Miliastra Wonderland and their minigames. No story, no exploration, 100% gameplay.

I only play 1-2hrs daily. Most of it gets spent on dailies and artifact grinding and events,etc. And when 8 get some spare time, I play the nod krai archon quest(most enjoyable one for me).
It's not that exploration bores me, it's just that I explored the entire map on foot and the other archon quests are boring.
