Should I pull for Ineffa?

Hello everybody. I'm a returning player. Stopped playing around the end of Fontaine ( after Gaming was released).

Now with the addition of Stygian Onslaught and IT I feel like I can barely clear this endgame content.

I also happened to pull Columbina but I don't have companions for her.

So, given all these, would it be a good idea to go pull for Ineffa? Should I wait for the next adeptus? Or should I wait for a rerun of Lauma / Nefer? Or even further back? Wait for Escoffier?

Any advice is appreciated?

Yes she’s the best, she’s worth pulling

She’s an integral part of the current strongest wheelchair team so as long as you run her, Columbina, and Sucrose you can make just about any character work. The utility with her shield is not to be scoffed at either. That said if you want to maximize her value you should consider pulling a nod krai DPS unit, ideally Flins.

Was in the same boat a week ago.

Just returned less than a month ago. Quit after Raiden's release (since I wasnt able to get her)

Was able to get Columbina after 40 pulls and Nocturne's Curtain Call after 20.

Intially using Zhongli (shield + Lunar Crystalize) and Sucrose (VV shred + ER buff) with Fischl as main DPS (Lunar Electro-Charged).

Got some feedback that Ineffa was a better partner for Columbina for Lunar EC. She also increases Moonsign to Ascendant Gleam with the ff. effects:

For 20s after a non-Moonsign character casts an Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, they will increase the Lunar Reaction DMG dealt by all nearby characters based on their own Elemental Type, up to a maximum of 36%. This effect cannot stack.

If the character's Elemental Type is:
• Pyro, Electro, or Cryo: Increases this DMG by 0.9% for every 100 ATK.
• Hydro: Increases this DMG by 0.6% for every 1,000 Max HP.
• Geo: Increases this DMG by 1% for every 100 DEF.
• Anemo or Dendro: Increases this DMG by 2.25% for every 100 Elemental Mastery.

To fully utilise Bina, your choices are to pull for both Ineffa and Flins or Lauma and Nefer, both teams are lacking without their respective partners. Zibai looks to be decent but you'll need to land 4* Illuga as well.

ineffa can wheelchair many older teams so it will be a great decision to pull for her

Ineffa is both a wonderful character and one of the strongest in the game right now.

I cannot recommend pulling for her more strongly, she's great on all levels.
