FLINS SIGNATURE
Some rumors indicate that the first banner of the next version will be Flins and Skirk. I intend to get Skirk's signature weapon, but if I end up getting Flins's, will it work well with the Raiden Shogun running with Columbine and Ineffa?

Since when has the "first banner" of a new version *not* be the newest drip marketed 5* character?
You ought not to believe every single "rumor" video you see in youtube
When the "if" is, *wont* then you are surely not going to benefit, and as such would be better to compare this with Varka's Signature as that one will surely be with flins, if Ineffa is any indication. Leaving Skirk+Escoffier sharing weapon on part 2 for the Stygian combo
