help my game is broken

So I downloaded Genshin Impact again after 2 years of not playing. Apparently, the application was still on my computer, so I redownloaded the game. When I opened the game, it said I needed to download the latest version. But when I try to update the game is says already in the latest version. I repaired my files twice, but nothing changed. I don't wanna redownload the entire game again since it took 6 hours. I'm sure there is a quick fix, but I haven't been able to find it on the internet.

I'm pretty sure my launcher is the issue, but I don't wanna mess with my files and break something-

The old launcher is no longer supported, you need to download hoyoplay. Once hoyoplay is installed and it found the game folder, you can delete the old launcher.

Thank you! Do you know where the old launcher is in the game files? I'm scared to accidentally delete something else

It's in a separate folder, make sure to not touch the "genshin impact game" folder. The old launcher can be removed from the app manager.
