Because a lot of this sub is Complain Impact. Don't even bother trying to bring reason into it. When certain people are upset the game doesn't give them specifically what they want, they have to constantly announce it and try to make everyone else as miserable as them. All the people who didn't care to begin with, or like me - who think it would have been rad for Durin to fly or at least use his own wings to glide, but also accepted it didn't happen - don't constantly go around complaining about it. Or making grade school memes they think are clever. It's not worth trying to find any actual reason to it. The reason is they didn't get what they want, and they want attention for that.

True, but Ineffa had her kit before then— the Moon Wheel is used as a replacement power source. While canonically she probably got stronger afterwards, it didn’t feel weird to use her during 5.8 because she was always a combat-capable robot.
Conversely, *Furina* had neither kit nor vision during her quest, but she was also a noncombatant for the full length of it.
What would’ve made Chasca stand out would be that you had plot points about her estrangement from her sister *while* she was riding around on said sister’s back, culminating in a Domain section where her sister was in two places at once.

Basically, it's a symbol to show other people that if they don't try to stop a conflict themselves, then she'll escalate it beyond what they can keep up with.
Cacucu is clingy towards Ifa, and Ifa secretly boosts him with his own Anemo when they fly.
Citlalin is a tzitzimimeh Citlali created with old bones and tied to the power of unlucky stars.
Turbo Twirly is a mining device Xilonen made for Kachina, who loves digging for pretty rocks.
Sharky Surfboard is just something Mualani styled after once encoutering a real shark. Her family runs a water sports shop and she's an experienced surfer.

Su gameplay de pelea seria normal como lo es ahora, entonces tendria una habilidad única al planear que le permite elevarse un poco y volar (no caer, sino mantenerse recto en el aire con una animacion de vuelo), y que eso dure un tiempo determinado y tenga un cooldown (que mientras esta en ''modo vuelo'' se recarga la stamina). Entonces los que los tengan c6 podrian spamear esta habilidad para que, practicamente, puedan volar infinitamente (imagina sumarle un equipo que aumente la velocidad de planeo).
Ya me imagino todos los videos tipo: Visitando a mi amigo: Volando desde la punta Espinadragon hasta Sumeru.
