Columbina, Lauma is basically what you need for that. then to fill out the team you need someone wearing Deepwood Memories, and Defense(if Columbina isn't use Prototype Amber), and any other buffs you can squeeze in.
Ineffa can bring her shield, an EM buff, and decent damage. she is limiting her potential though compared to a more focused Lunar-Charge team, but those teams also want Columbina so using her here is probably fine.
Kuki, Yaoyao, Aino, Collei, Sucrose, Beidou, Lanyan, Fischl are all 4 stars you can plop into the team to wear Deepwood memories or give some other buff.
Durin should be a pretty good pick too, he will do his own res shred and might let you skip Deepwood, but they do stack with each other.

So do I go for Columbina - Lauma - Ineffa - Durin? And I have columbina's sig weapon too

You can try it, I don't have Durin myself, so I can't test. Ineffa and Durin together might interrupt Columbina's Verdant Dew generation. The Milliastra Wonderland has a really convenient DPS test dummy now.
