Help Build a Team Pls

I’m a returning player (I came back when I saw Columbina) who used to only pull characters on vibes and how they looked. Now I don’t understand much of the new tech and stuff and would like to actually do some damage. I genuinely have no clue how to build a team. I should note that I have the entire map unlocked and I’m AR 55 if that matters.

Also, I’d like to keep pulling for people I like the look and vibe of, but if you have any recommendations on people coming soon or to save for that could be good I would appreciate that. I will def check any recs out and probably go for it. Thanks !

Columbina would really like at least 1 more nod-krai team mate. you should look into the Geo, Dendro or Electro premium Lunar-reaction teams.

I won't go too in depth on artifacts and stuff but overall, missing Fontaine characters and supports is very frustrating.

Most of your current On-Field units need their new supports, both 5 and 4 stars. Xiao needs C6 Faruzan, Childe needs Durin and/or Citlali, Ganyu needs Escoffier, etc. You can look forward to saving for these characters if you want to stick with the current On-Field units you have.

Columbina is pretty much your strongest Off-field unit by a large margin. She allows all 3 Lunar Reactions; Charge, Bloom and Crystallize. A lot of teams that you can make that focus around these 3 reactions will want Columbina on the team.

You can try a Sethos, Sucrose, Columbina, Yaoyao. This is a Hyperbloom, Lunar-Charge team. Sethos likes building EM so he can work as a Hyperbloom + Lunar-Charge trigger. This team is less strong due to not having a second Nod-Krai unit to increase the Moonsign level, which hurts the overall Lunar Damage of the team.

Hu Tao will want Xingqiu for her Vaporize team.

Kazuha is still a very good CC unit that holds the VV set. He cannot replace Sucrose in a Columbina team due to Sucrose giving better EM buffs. Kazuha can work well with Childe and Hu Tao. He just needs to absorb the correct element.

Xiao is weak without C6 Faruzan, but Faruzan is better than no Faruzan as she provides Anemo Shred that is built in her kit compared to Durin who is a 5 Star and Jean who has it on C4. Xiao is played as a hypercarry still so just look to buff him.

Ayato and Yoimiya are both weak so don't try to involve them, unless you really want to.

Overall, to make a team you need to follow the simple idea that you will have 1 On-Fielder and 3 Off-fielder units, and every team member is providing something during combat.
