Could be weapons, for example nefers sig is a huge jump for her dmg. Dedro dmg bonus doesnt do much since lb ignores resistances, except for nefer burst which is straight dendro dmg

Yeah basically. If you have nahida shes a good choice because her burst gives em. With nahida you probably want to run atleast columbina on prototype amber for some healing in your team. If you have a hard time keeping alive you could try baizhu. He has a decent shield, healing and also buffs reaction damage. But baizhu scales on hp instead of em like nahida, so he does not give you the best teammate buff to lunar reactions.
So pretty much if you can keep alive -> nahida 4th slot
If you cant -> baizhu

Interesting. I tried this with my C0R1 Columbina, C0R0 Ineffa (shovel), C1 Sucrose (poorly built), and Varesa as electro moral support. Also just spammed skills without any proper rotation planning. I got 56k dps, which is more than my Varesa team 🤣

I don't use a nodkrai dps, so when i tinker with the optimizer it always shows columbina as the better off field dps to me if i swap the 4p effects around, by a good amount too cuz of her 6s nukes.

The only downside is u need to get more ER since u lose the silken 2p, but my columbina nukes 190-200k every 6s off field now, and her regular LC dmg is higher than ineffa's too.(44ish vs 42k, so only 2-3k but still)
Both ineffa and columbina have their sigs though, might be different without.
And probably not worth it in a flins team, only when u run them with no nodkrai dps.

columbina can probably do more damage with Sac jade honestly, her sig is BiS for On Field, but if you playing off field Bina Sac Jade is teh better damage upgrade thaks to the Massive HP Percent bonus, as well as E SKill Increase.
Her Sig cant really compare to that unless as you stated you need the ER.
As for Ineffa that Sig is seriously a Second Set and so busted, for Lunar Charge damage

You need way too much er if she is solo hydro with sac jade, and getting a limited 4* at r5 is harder than just simply getting a sig. So i think her sig is better overall.

The main issue is having to swap artifact sets if I move my bina to another team. I put her on silken mainly because it removes the need to swap her artifacts. Same with Ineffa: if I keep Ineffa on aubade then I don't have to swap her artifacts when I put her back with Aino who is also on silken. And if Ineffa were on Silken, then I have to swap Aino's artifacts, and the whole thing is a hot mess. So leaving Bina on silken is just way less stress for me.

I believe it's because silken columbina is way easier to build with the 20% er from the 2p, and most of those calcs are for LC teams with nefer or flins, not the "wheelchair comps" where columbina's off field LC damage is actually important since there is no nodkrai maindps to compete for higher reaction dmg procs.
If you have good 4p aubade and silken for both, try swapping them around, the regular LC is slightly higher, and the 6s nuke from columbina is *much* higher. (And make sure columbina E is crowned)
I did try giving ineffa aubade and bina silken instead, but it was worse for me, just made building her easier and that's it.

I mean if you have every element/weapon and role combo, which is actually really damn big, at my potato maths you have 7 elements, 5 weapons and 3 roles, you get 105 "Characters" at which point you gotta add in another variable, but at a point you need things that make characters sell, so even if a character is appealing, if it is appealing and better, it will sell well, I imagine it is just like real world economy, you want minor inflation.
