55 pulls in pre 50/50, 165 saved. Pull for Ineffa, Zibai, or wait for Skirk?

I really really want Skirk but no idea when she's actually rerunning and since I have so many pulls and I'm close to a 5 star, no idea if I should just pull the trigger on Ineffa or Zibai since I know both of them would benefit my account

Which would be the smartest option?

Ineffa for sure, she is the only rerun character that is worth to get (maybe we will get more in the future), she enable lunar EC by herself, being the actual nodkrai character that dont really need other to be worth.

Becarefull with reruns, they alway shill the content a bit to that rerun character and then a new character/META come that leave that character behind. Yes, skirk may be good on 6.4, but soon after thats gonna change, it happens all the time, its the way they get $ from that character one last time.
