Can't donate dendro sigils that are in my inventory?

I can't find anything online so I'm rly desperate. I was trying to get the 2 intertwined fates from lv 20 of the tree of dreams, i got to level 19, I had 11/35 offered, so i collected 26 more and when I went back to the tree, it said i had 26 donated? Despite me not offering more, and even though I still have the 26 in my inventory the offer button won't work. I rly wanted these extra pulls for columbina, help would be greatly appreciated ://

Edit: I just realized the same is happening with my sacred Sakura. It seems like its just linking what's in my inventory to what I've "offered"? I've reset the game and my console but nothings happened :(

Sigil is not like Oculus, you can't donate in piece, it only take once you have the correct number. So that 26/35 doesn't mean you already give 26 sigil, but you have 26 sigil in your inventory.
