Ok so... I'll be talking about "Racewashing" like everyone calls it.
My question/discussion is about the thing miHoyo/Hoyoverse seems to be doing to every character from every nation, "racewashing".
I just don't understand why is everyone soo mad about that?! I mean I DO understand but I don't think it's THAT big of a deal, like it's like they're real people (😞) and anyway, no one can/could stop races from existing or something... What I'm saying is that WHY is everyone MAD at Hoyo particularly for doing this??? It's NOT like they are/would be the ONLY ones doing this either 😞 ... Can we just **appreciate** the characters for who they are and not care if they are white or black or latino/a or ANY other race! And also A WORD to the artists who racewashes characters, **STOP DOING THIS, PLEASE!!** it's like you're all saying that the character is ugly JUST because they're not the way YOU want them to look or just the **SKIN COLOR**! WE shouldn't care/mind what is the skin color of EVERY being! I'm NOT saying I don't care about skin color, I'm just saying... And I'm SORRY for saying that but, **SKIN COLOR ISN'T
EVERYTHING**! So just to get back to Hoyo, yeah it's not right/"cool" of them to do that, but if you don't like how they color/do and made the characters look like, I would suggest to, uhh, stop playing or stop caring about those things...
***PS: I'm not being mean, I'm just saying the truth(?)... Also before commenting, PLEASE read my text and please THINK before posting, it could make someone else sad or something else...***

If ever, being racist is a thing in Genshin but i believe they overcame it with the melusines.
Really though, I assume you're basing this off someone's moralistic soapbox on Twitter or something, and taking anything anyone has to say on there seriously is a poor decision, it's all ragebaiters, clout chasers and wannabe influencers; the only way to win is to not just not engage with their specific breed of mental illness.
Why start this all of a sudden?
I also feel somewhat insulted that artists make existing characters deliberately darker, especially without changing _anything_ else. Feels like a weird way of feeling good about oneself.
On a serious note, probably should delete this, If you go below 0 Karma you get shadowbanned , you got like 200.
Farm Positive Karma playing nice, then start shit stirring with your real opinion without getting silenced.
