I can't wrap my head around heading
I have a few questions:
1. How did iridescent moon nd eternal moon got glued up ?
2. Earlier they were in red sky (mavuika breaking the sky and Skirk's trailer) then how the sky turned blue ?
3. Was it red sky coz of the blood of moon ?

And I really didn't get the world formula thing either. It's just pretty vague.
From what i understand we are not under a simulation but we can be in a world that is ruled by a super omnipotent AI so the many world glitches throughout the game could be explained.

The full lore was explained in Fontaine World Quest about Narzissenkreuz Ordo. It was very interesting but tldr its a Formula that could calculate almost 100% of the World's Future.
The formula, essentially you can take it like this: some fontainian scientists developed a theory that fundamentally allowed to "resolve the world", meaning this very complex formula can effectively be used both to understand the world and predict future events. Imagine it almost as if it's Teyvat's take on the fundamental laws of physics.
This "formula" is the way fontainian scientists were able to "understand" a phenomenon that exists in teyvat and that across different countries might be understood/passed on via cultural traditions in different ways, and this phenomenon basically is the concept of destiny itself.
However, this destiny, while largely robust on its own, is mutable (for example, we know events WILL happen, but it's very uncertain when or how). Furthermore, destiny itself can be affected by descenders.
If i understood correctly, Sandrone tried to solve the "formula" by narrowing it down as much as possible and setting some parameters, and the mere fact that a solution was attempted on the formula possibly contributed in columbina's return to the present time happening during nod krai's events.
1. iridescent moon and eternal moon got glued up during columbina cutscene / burst? it just aura or illusion for dramatic purpose, just like navia burst (ship bombardment). don't think too much about it.
2/3. like real world, the space is always black (no light), or blue from the moon light. the red color you see is from the power that was used to create the false sky. remember, when asmoday trap traveler, and the subspace in teaser gods' limit, her \[ruler of space\] power was always shown to be as red cube.
when mavuika punch the false sky, she pretty much shatter part of the false sky, that why the power that construct the false sky is leaking, and if you are looking up from the ground, it might seem like the space is red.
but when dottore unzip the false sky, you can see the red cube only at the where the unzip happened.
even in skirk trailer you can see the red color only at the edge of the opening.
TLDR: the red (cube) color is from the power of ruler of space that was used to construct the false sky.
2 and 3. Still not sure on this one, people be theorising there are multiple layers to the fake sky. Within the first layer is what we usually see in game when we look up and beyond the outer most layer is where the red is while between these layers its normal black/blue space scenery.
That's more or less how I interpreted what we're seeing here. The moons haven't actually reformed - these are symbolic images, appearing as a representation of the fact that Columbina now commands the authority of all three. They only appear for this scene.
As for red sky vs blue sky, I'm pretty sure the red sky was just haze from the cube-like edges of the tear in the sky. The tears created by Dottore and Columbina were much larger, so the haze wasn't as predominant as it was for the small tear Mavuika created.
