I got Colombina, is Ineffa worth pulling?

Hi all, I recently got Columbina, and I'm like 60 pulls away from my next guaranteed limited character. Is Ineffa worth pulling even without her weapon? I heard Columbina + Ineffa combo is already strong enough.

Having their weapons really shouldn't be a concern when pulling characters, no character ever needs a signature to be functional.

For now, yeah. But I heard Sandrone is also going to be an electro, and she is definitely going on to the same team as Columbina. So will Ineffa be redundant electro? Or will Sandrone replace Flins? Not sure.

For bina?yes,in general...i can't answer that for my safety.And yes,bina and neffa on a dps scale(only dmg,not actual character-dmg)is the second strongest team in the game(all on neffa btw)

The meta seems to heavily support Columbina+Ineffa.

Beyond that, Ineffa is just nice to have, even ignoring lunar reactions. She's got a good shield and good electo application. Far as I can tell, she also has the best damage output of any shielder, so you can increase your team's survivablity without sacrificing good damage. Just gets better if you pair her with hydro, and even better still if paired with another lunar character. Hence why she's so good with Colombina.
