Internet error

Has anyone had network problems with Genshin? I ran some tests and every 7-8 minutes, without fail, the connection drops (I play on Xbox). This doesn't happen to me with Honkai Star Rail (which I play on iPad), for example. In Genshin, it usually shows that it's at 147 ms.

It's strange because I don't have network problems on my computer or TV (when I watch YouTube or films/series) and it shows me that the download and upload speed is between 400-600 Mbps with Wi-Fi 6.

I want to know if it's my Internet or the Genshin servers (I play on the American server).

Maybe it’s your X box , I played earlier for and hour on PC and was normal

It could be that it's not compatible with Wi-Fi. I don't know. I switched to 2.4 GHz (which activated today because I was calling tech support) and now it runs better; I haven't had any problems.

I don't know if it's related, but apparently, the Xbox isn't compatible with Wi-Fi 6, although in theory it shouldn't matter.
