They say you gotta be choosy so which one should I choose and I also have the chracter invite left too.

I was thinking of choosing my favourite when I will get some more character in the gacha and right now tbh there is really no eye catching one in my archive so I am just waiting for it.(Well I am just in the beginning I will get some later on)

I remember yanfei and fischl carried me so much back in 2021 because of overload reactions. being able to deploy ozzy then just spam throwing fire with yanfei was quite easy and practical as she auto targeted enemies from range. just be aware that catalyst users are usually slow compared to other weapons and get staggered longer
Of course this was my early 2021 gameplay before dendro reactions were added to the game. you choose what characters and playstyle you want

I am using xingqui,fischl and beidou with Noelle as hydro and electro were compatible,I will try the combination you told me thank you.I don't know much about the attack combo so I am just using what I thought is good.
Is yanfei a good character to play through in the mid game too?as I was thinking of investing in it as I don't have any other Pyro characters right now.
Can you tell me if there is a really limited resource like people say and should upgrade only 4 main characters?

I'm mainly just lazy, using a catalyst for range made the game very easy since you don't have to worry about getting close to the target or dodging melee attacks as much

You can run a decent taser team with Xingqiu, Fischl, Beidou, and Barbara.

Oh I was using it but Noelle instead of barbara as I thought shield is a plus point and I can just attack by going in and tanking the damage.

That works too, but do you have Sacrificial Sword on Xingqiu? If not, I think Barbara can provide more Hydro applications to consistent Electro-Charged
