which character should get a new skin/new outfit when Genshin plans to make more

I didn’t put too much thought into this but i’m really interested to see Yae Miko in a new outfit I really love her current one but why not, Miko in another outfit than a shrine’s outfit would be good. Another person who i would like to have a new skin is Arlecchino seeing Hoyofair cook with her art makes me wonder if Arlecchino would cook with another outfit in game
